FAQ

What is Sound Therapy

Sound Therapy is the practice of using various instruments tuned at different frequencies in a therapeutic technique. The instruments combined with deep self reflection and intention promotes and improves health and well being.

Is Vibrational Sound Therapy & Music Therapy the same?

No VST and Music Therapy represents distinct approaches with unique methods and desired goals . VST is a holistic practice that uses sound frequencies to promote physical, and spiritual well being. Sound healing focuses on vibrational frequencies to induce a state of relaxation, reduce stress, and stimulate self healing.

Music therapy is a clinical discipline that uses music as a tool to achieve specific therapeutic goals. Trained music therapists may work with individuals or groups, using music interventions such as playing instruments, singing, or songwriting to address an array of disorders.

While both sound healing and music therapy harness the power of sound for therapeutic purposes, they differ in their approaches and intended outcomes. Sound healing is a broader, holistic practice that emphasizes the innate healing properties of sound vibrations, whereas music therapy is a more targeted, clinical approach designed to achieve specific goals through musical interventions.
